Support does not have to mean a large or permanent commitment. An occasional hour, a useful introduction or a particular skill can all make a difference.

Offer practical, creative, professional or organisational experience that could support a project.
Help with suitable maintenance activities, community communication or plans for future improvements.
Support the Trust or an event as a local organisation and help community activity continue.

Community events
Bonfire Night, Feast & Fayre, the Five Mile Run and Santa Special each depend on people stepping forward.
Ways to help vary by event and year. They might involve preparation, welcoming visitors, supporting activities, marshalling, practical tasks or helping everything finish tidily.
Ask how you can lend a handSkills and experience
Community projects benefit from a wide mixture of experience. If you think something you know or do could help, we would be pleased to hear from you.
You might have practical knowledge, event experience, design or photography skills, fundraising ideas, useful local contacts, administrative experience or simply the enthusiasm to join in.
Sponsorship
Local businesses and organisations can support the Field, an improvement project or a community event.
Appropriate recognition can be discussed for each opportunity. The Trust will agree the purpose, contribution and acknowledgement before anything is published.
